Wouldn't do life without anymore

After taking for several months now, I wouldn't be without. My nails are growing, my hair is growing, my skin is more clear and vibrant and looks better at 45 than my youth. Definitely recommend but give it a few months...I mix 3 scoops in my morning coffee and start my day.

I love the collagen peptide powder! I have been putting it in my coffee every morning for the past 5 months and I can tell a huge difference in my hair. It feels fuller and less hair fall. My skin looks more even and brighter. After having a baby you forget things so I love that it ships automatically!

Haven’t noticed any difference

I heard so many good things about this product and was hopeful when I ordered it. I have been taking it for a month and so far I haven’t noticed any difference in my hair, skin, nails or joint pain at all. I plan to give it another month and will discontinue if it still doesn’t work..

I brought this thinking it was lactose free but to my surprise I had stomach issues from consuming it...so I decided to try the liquid form and tolerated it much better...
