I have a hard time with the taste & smell. It kind of upsets my stomach. I don’t know that I’ve seen any benefits as far as skin, hair or nails. Maybe I didn’t use it long enough. I think I need to try capsules? I also tried to cancel but shipment came anyway - glad they’re letting me return.

I see a difference

I’m on my second order of the collagen protein and I see a difference already in my skin. People have commented. I love that there is no sugar in it as I don’t do sugar. I just mix two scoops into my plain yogurt and add fruit. I have this for breakfast every morning. I love it!

I am still trying to incorporate more collagen into my diet since I've turned 50 and my hair and nails seem to be thinning. I've also ramped up my workout so I can go into the next 50 years strong.

I got this like two months ago. I was hesitant to buy it but I did and I love it. It goes really good with my coffee no lumps no extra powder in hot cocoa or water. This product doesn't have an actual taste which I like

My aching joint pain seems to have disappeared. My overall wellness has improved since I have started using Vital Proteins. As of today I am starting my 3rd container. and I am happy with overall improvement.
