I've been taking vital protein for almost a month and the biggest difference I've noticed so has been in the bathroom. I recommend installing a grip bar because the first week you'll want to brace yourself. Ya poop hard, real hard.
My nails and hair do seem stronger too but I'm not playing, those poos are a doozey. Consider starting with a single scoop.

I bought the collagen a little over a month ago and so far I really do like it, my fingernails seem to be growing better, I was drinking in my my coffee in the mornings but kind of notice it gives me heartburn so I started drinking it later in the morning with my water. I just received a notice today that you were going to be selling less product for the same price not real happy about that, I don’t understand why you couldn’t just make the container smaller and keep the same amount of ounces at the same price or if you were going to be taking away product the price should reflect that.

I've been using this for awhile now and I love it my nails are stronger and longer than they've ever been. My mother and father are using it now. We all need help with our joints to feel younger again.

Small Container

The first time I bought this about a year ago, I received a much larger container for al,pet the same amount. I’m not sure if large sizes are still offered. I did enjoy it while it lasted.

I have been wanting to incorporate collagen into my routine. I tried a liquid form made by another company for a few months. But I saw no difference I decided to get this a try. I put it in my morning smoothie. I’ve been using it for a month. I do notice a difference in my skin which I was wanting to see improvement.
