Choosing Collagen Peptides or Marine Collagen?

I tried Collagen Peptides first but wanted to try the move to Marine Collagen for ethical reasons. I’ve gone straight back to Collagen Peptides! The reasons?
- Marine Collagen doesn’t mix as well
- you can taste and smell fish slightly (with Collagen Peptides you don’t even notice it)
- Marine Collagen is more expensive in a smaller tub than expected
- my hair was lovely and soft with Collagen Peptides but I noticed it went back to before with the Marine Collagen
How I use my Collagen Peptides...
- 1 scoop in the morning first thing to hot water with fresh lemon, fresh ginger and a pinch of turmeric
- 1 scoop at night to nighttime tea (chamomile for example)
I also do a lot of training in the gym, running and cycling and I’ve noticed a difference in my recovery and overall health. So happy with Collagen Peptides!! Thank you VP!

I purchased the unflavored product and use it for my morning smoothies and baking. My chocolate chip cookies are a lot healthier. I mentioned this product to my chiropractor and she now uses this and several of the beverages.

I bought this a month ago, used the 20g a day it called for. I did not see any difference in anything! My joints still aches, my nails and hair are as they were. They have always been healthy I just thought I would see growth as you read in other reviews. No difference in my skin either. Waste of money in my opinion. I rate this product a ZERO!

Life changing

Okay so i have been having severe maskne and recently was scolded by my dermatologist because i went off bc and she said it was only because off that and had nothing to do with the masks. I decided to take matters into my own hands and nourish my skin from the inside out. I have been using this for 3 days and when i say my skin had done a 180 im not even kidding. I seriously could cry this product has done more for me then any doctor could and i cant hype this up enough. Thank you thank you thank you for saving my skin and my mental health!!!!!!! It still had a long way to go but in these 3 days I have had more progress then i have had in 9 months!!! I have pics to prove too!!! My face has not been pain free in months... It might not seem like much, but to me this is huge! Tysm

New Formula Clumps

3.5 stars rounded up. I just finished my bottle of Vital Proteins before it contained Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C. I got this one within a week of finishing my last one and there is such a difference. The new Vital Proteins originals doesn't dissolve as well, even when using boiling hot water. I think you can still get the original without the supplements but it wouldn't be cost effective to do so considering it comes in a smaller canister. I will go back to the original without the Hyaluronic Acid/Vitamin C. If it still clumps, I will have to consider a different brand.
