Definitely a game changer

I was given this product from a friend whose skin and hair was growing and very healthy. I love the fact that I could just scoop it out and put in a smoothie or my coffee. I have notice that my skin is clearer and I overall feel better. I gifted my daughter some and now she is in love with it also. Vital proteins you get five plus stars!!!!

Very good collagen

I'm on my second container and i'm getting excellent results and decreased joint pain. I can't tell too much difference with my skin, but I have to cut fingernails and toenails more often, which tells me that it has to be working on my skin as well.

I have just about finished my third month supply of Vital Proteins and I can see a difference in my nails, hair and joints! I am delighted! Easy to mix in to my morning coffee, and I know that I am doing something good for me.

I brought this about 6 to 8 weeks ago. I like what it's doing. My hair feels thicker and stronger. I had chemo and had lost it a year ago. But it's back and bouncy. Nails thicker.

Purchased for the potential health benefits

I have been using this product every day for almost a month. I added it to my coffee for the first two weeks and then to my afternoon flavored water the last two weeks. I don’t know if it has helped with anything so far but I plan to use for a couple more months so I can hopefully achieve the full benefits it describes. I would like to have healthier hair, that doesn’t fall out as much and hope to get the benefits of healthier skin and nails. Plan to submit another review after a few months of use.
