[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product doesn't mix well just clumps, still has that chalk taste. Didnt notice too much of a change after taking for 1 full month.

Hi There! Thank your feedback! I left a few tips below on how to dissolve in cold water:
1. Fill your glass 1/3 of the way with room temp liquid
2. Add 1-2 scoops of collagen and mix with a fork, spoon or frother
3. Top it off with cold liquid to fill the glass and mix again
We also recommend adding the Collagen Peptides to coffee, tea, smoothies and baked goods. Check out our Lively Blog for more recipes!

been using it for almost a year now and what i noticed is that my hair grows sooooo fast!!! But with my skin, I haven't noticed that much change but not saying I'll stop taking it but ill continue and see whats gna happen

How to mix collagen with cold liquid

Mixes in everything hot or cold. A few reviewers said it doesn't mix in cold..... that's just not the case. Here is what I do: I use 33 oz water bottle and with a funnel add 2 scoops of collagen after first taking a few sips of your water to leave enough room at the top. twist the lid back on and shake the bottle. one very important thing to remember DO NOT LET THE collagen sit-shake to mix it-right away! it really is a great product. your skin, nails, hair, joints, muscles will thank you! I also frequently add a scoop fruit punch flavored
BCAA's to kick it the flavor but mixing with plane water isn't so bad either.
