I have recently started taking collagen due to hair shedding and for better skin appearance.. so far, my hair seems shinier and what has really improved are my nails.. they are hard as rocks, with no white little white stains and growing super fast..
My mother and sister are taking it with me and they both suffer from rheumatoid related joint pains and their pains have lowered considerably, so I think it's not a bad idea to take it as an overall health supplement.
I do not love the fact that it still tastes like collagen, but I understand most collagens are not particularly super tasty..
I will definitely keep taking it since it boosts Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid intake, which I am also after..

I have been purchasing vital proteins collagen peptides for a few years now. My most recent order was not as expected. The smell and taste of the powder was vastly different than previously purchased. Not sure if the formula was changed or not, however, I am not a fan. This saddens me as I have always loved this product.

I Think I'm Falling In Love With This Product

I just finished my first can of collagen peptides and I see a difference in my hair, skin and my body is not as sore after a work out. I'm going into my second can so I can better judge if the product works. So far so good as of now.
