Not a life changer.

This product is ok. Mixes easily into smoothies and protein drinks but, frankly, it does not live up to its claims...just ordinary

Great Collagen!

I have been using this for a month and a half - two scoops in my coffee each morning and a scoop or two in my water throughout the day. It seems to dissolve better in hot water than in cold water, but it does dissolve in cold as well - just takes a little longer. I've noticed less joint discomfort and improved hair and skin. I just purchased the strawberry lemon and love that one too!

I have been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for about 3 months now. I love that it has no flavor so I can add to my morning coffee with no issues. I ha e noticed a huge difference in my joints. For instance, I couldn't do a squat without my knees popping and having pain. I now have no issues with my knees.

I definitely enjoyed taking this brand instead of the others . It’s breaks down so perfect in my coffee. There’s no after taste so that’s even a plus. It’s only been a month so it’s way too early for me about how I feel
