I’ve tried multiple collagens, and this one is by far the best one I’ve had! Dissolves easily and you can’t even tell it’s in your drink! I put it in my coffee every morning!

This brand of collagen was recommended by my functional medicine practitioner. I like that the vitamin C is included since I’ve read you need it to reap the benefits of collagen. I’m currently taking in 1 scoop per day. I wouldn’t say it’s tasteless, but it’s not bad. I mix it with mint tea and a tiny amount of grass-fed vanilla protein powder. It clumps initially when mixed with room temperature or warm liquids but if you let it rest for about 5 minutes it will fully dissolve. I’m doing auto ship every 8 weeks which makes it more affordable and I don’t need to remember to order more. Taking this for gut health and so far I am tolerating it well and it is easy to incorporate into my day.

A lot of bang for your buck

About halfway through the large canister of this product, using it 2 -3 times per day, I have not really noticed a difference in my skin, nails, hair, or energy levels. But, that being said, I am a RNY bariatric surgery gal and these types of things go through my system quickly. I REALLY LOVE the collagen creamers, though! I use nothing else. I get the vanilla and coconut and use one scoop of each in my coffee. Heaven!
