I bought the packets to begin and can totally see a difference in my skin and well being. I was a little disappointed they only make a 20 count, as this would not be enough for the month. Also one packet is only 10mg. My use would be for 20-30 mg per day.

I've been taking collagen for about 2 month and I really see a difference in my nail skin and hair. It dissolves quickly in the hot lemon water that I drink every day. You will get use to the taste..

This product has immensely helped my hair and skin. The only downside is that it doesn’t dissolve well in cold drinks. So I have to heat up my coffee to get it to dissolve, then wait for it to cool so I can drink it. I refuse to give up my iced coffee!

I started using this collagen in my coffee 4 weeks ago. It doesn’t alter the taste of my coffee at all. I can already see a difference in my skin! My complexion is so much smoother.
