Blends easily in my coffee every morning. Tasteless. Husband calls it my 2 scoops of beauty a day! My hair looks healthier and nails stronger. Waiting to see if my skin looks or feels any better yet. On 3rd canister. It’s pricey though.

I bought this 5 months ago and I really see a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I also feel like I no longer have joint pain and it’s really helped in regulating my digestion. I put this in my tea every day and buying this has been the best decision I’ve made for my overall health ❤️
