My personal trainer recommended I try taking collagen peptides so I bought the Vital Proteins brand. He recommended it for my joints in my knees but very quickly I saw a difference in the texture of my curly hair and how quickly my hair grew and also my finger nails grew a lot faster.

I drank the product fir a month and although it felt good, I don’t see major gains yet. Not sure if I needed to take it twice a day to get the benefits .

Almost flavourless

This product sort of changes the texture of drinks a bit, but the flavour of it is very minimal. I drink it in coffee and if I didn’t know it was it in, I wouldn’t question the flavour.

Good but packaging???

I’d give it 5 stars but was disappointed to find that the container is so much bigger for the amount of product that’s inside. It looks half empty. The container should be smaller. So far I’ve only used a couple of weeks worth and haven’t seen a difference. Just ordered another (but larger size). Usually it takes months to see results. Looking forward to seeing results.
