I have been using this product for about 3 months, I love how easy it is to use, I put it in my coffee in the morning. I’m a pretty active person, I enjoy walking and skating, and this has made my knees feel much better, like I have a bit more extra cushion. Anyways, I tell all my friends about it. I got the extra large one. I just it was fuller with product. But still worth it.

Notice improvement in 4 weeks

I have bad knees, they grind when I walk, and hurt/hard to stand. I noticed an improvement with using this daily and my recommended amount via their calculator.
However, first batch I ordered had no taste. Second had a distinct difference in taste. I shook the container multiple times. It a flavor I have had before with other animal based protein/collagen.

Also, i have EOE, so this being a powder is wonderful for me. I put it in coffee, tea, as and shakes with out issue (dissolve no problem)
Even got my mom using this product and she is the type to never use anything.
