No matter what beverage I put it into, hot or cold, it doesn’t disrupt the taste or texture of my beverage. I drink it every day and I’ve noticed my nails are stronger and my hair is healthier. It’s improving the look of my skin too!

this is the first collagen I have tried that i truly loved. no bitter or aftertaste, melts well in my coffee, seen a remarkable difference in my skin, nails and the way my joints feel. My only issue is when I take daily and I only started out with 1 scoop a day it makes me feel bloated and leaves me constipated. I am trying to figure out how to get around this...even tried using every other day but want to get the full benefits for my skin.
