Great way to add protein to food or coffee/tea

I love Vital Proteins collagen peptides! I typically put one scoop in my hot coffee or tea with creamer (1-3 times a day) and a tiny bit of sugar and it dissolves and doesn't really add any additional weird flavor which is great! I've also added it to yogurt, oatmeal and some other foods. I'm an athlete and do not eat a ton of meat so for me this is just a great way to get my protein intake up to where it needs to be to maintain my muscle mass (124g is a lot of protein when you actually look at how much protein is in different foods!).
After taking these on a pretty regular basis for the past 6 months I've noticed a few things: my recovery time after longer workouts is better, I no longer get DOMS a few days after a hard workout and my hair and nails grow faster and seem healthier. I haven't added any other products or changed my diet other than these collagen peptides so I'd have to attribute it to these.

I’ve been taking collagen peptides for a year and a half. I started taking it because of thinning hair. It has cured the problem. I highly recommend!

can't even tell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most collagen derived from beef has a distinct smell and taste, which is AWFUL. BUT! Thank goodness for Vital Proteins because it taste great! You can't even tell! You can mix this stuff with anything!

Can’t live without it

I’ve tried to be cheap and not use this product and i go back every time. It fills in my hairline, makes my hair grow faster, my skin clearer and i just feel better overall. Get yourself on auto-ship and call it a day.
