I was a little bit skeptical but i wanted to give it and try and thankfully I did! I really noticed my skin getting smoother after 1 week and now i’m obsessed. I take 20g each day (1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop at night).
I must say though it doesn’t dissolve easily sometimes.
Highly recommended!!!

Have been ordering this for over a year, probably two, and I can’t say that I’ve noticed a change in my hair, nails, or skin. It’s on auto ship so it’s only a matter of time before I move on.
