Great Joint Supplement

I take collagen for my joint support and this product works great. I can definitely tell when I forget to take it for a few days. The only draw back to Vital Proteins collagen is I find it doesn't dissolve as well as other collagen's I've tried. I add this to my morning preworkout, and there are always a few slimy chunks I have to choke down.

I do like this but it doesn't mix in very well in cold and my son-in-law says it clumps in hot too. May have to go back to my previous collagen.
