I tried it the first time in hot tea and wasn’t crazy about the smell. I couldn’t taste it though, so I was fine. When I tried it again I tried mixing it with cold
liquid and the taste was far from pleasant. If you use it, I highly suggest using it in strong tasting, hot drinks.

I love this! I am on my second container now. I have it every morning in my coffee. I love how it doesn't change the taste of my coffee! I can tell a difference in my hair and skin!

I was skeptical in the past of collagen supplements, but after doing some research and looking at available clinical data on the benefits, I decided to start incorporating it into my diet. I selected Vital Proteins at the recommendation of a relative who is a physician. It has now been about a month since I began mixing it with whey protein in my morning coffee. I am impressed with how well it blends (not too clumpy or sticking to the bottom of the cup). I purchased an unflavored product, but now would like to try some of the other options. So far, I have not noticed a marked improvement in my skin, but I may have noticed some subtle changes in that my skin seems more well-hydrated. As a runner, I also hope it will increase bone density (over time) and help with overall strength.

Until my bun and hair has been really full. My nails grow like crazy. I could go 3-4 weeks without getting my nails done now in 2.5 weeks they have extensive growth . My coworker noticed and borrowing me a scoop everytime she sees me (she was the Guinea pig)& we saw a difference in her nails too.I use this 3-4 / week as it makes you full and gasy.

I'm really glad that I bought this product. I can tell a difference when I take it. It dissolves well in my coffee. I don't recommend putting it in just plain water.
