Great results

I decided to order Vital Proteins when I wanted to start taking a collagen. I liked the idea that it was so easy to use. I have been using this product not even 1 month yet and I can see the lines on my face smooth out, my hands and arms are more youthful looking. No more crepe skin. I love it!

Clumps

This product does clump when mixing with hot and cold drinks. I’ve used other brands in the past that did not so I had high hopes. I do like that it’s flavorless and you can’t really tell it’s in your drink.

Awesome product!

I bought this awhile ago & although I’ve been bad about daily use, when I do, I notice a huge difference in my skin and my hair has grown faster in the months I’ve used it than the past few years! It blends well in smoothies and hit beverages but takes a bit in cold so I have a shaker bottle I put it in when I use that

Great for skin- bad for cold sores

I thought this was making a meaningful difference in my skin after using it for 2 weeks, however, I developed 3 cold sores. There is a higher level of arginine (which contributes to cold sores) without enough of the counter balance of lysine. I really wanted to use this but can’t risks 3 cold sores at once again.
