I bought this about 6 weeks ago and can seriously tell the difference. I have fibromyalgia and have lots of joint and muscle pain and weakness, since starting this both have greatly improved. This is the first reviews I have ever written.

Love this product! Tasteless and feel better!

I bought this item about a month ago. It is completely tasteless in my coffee and dissolves instantly. I feel that my joints feel much better. My skin looks wonderful and my hair seems to getting thicker. Plan on continuing use of this product.

Easy to take

I bought this just under a month ago to help with the health of my skin, hair and nails. I find it easy to take in the morning with my coffee. I don't even notice that I've added it. So far I haven't noticed any discernable difference in my hair or nails. My nails in particular are still breaking and splitting. Hopefully with continued use I will see some benefit.
