Started using Vital Proteins 6 months ago and have noted the benefits of knee joint improvement. That alone makes me happy, but I hope to recognize the skin and hair benefits also. Pleasant to use in my morning coffee or tea.

Tastes Absolutely Awful

I've been on this stuff for almost a month. I can't say I've really noticed any major differences in my skin nor nails. Perhaps it takes more time? This stuff tastes absolutely awful. It mixes better in boiled water, and I mask the taste in a strong green tea. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to swallow this stuff. Will give this product about 3 months to determine if I see any changes and if this stuff is making any difference.
