Use one scoop in my coffee every morning. One jug has lasted me about 8 weeks. I have more energy. But haven’t noticed a difference in skin and hair etc. still early though ❤️

New year's resolutions suck but I was determined to be more healthy this year and on a whim purchased this item along with a bevy of others. This one stayed after many were discarded. I can feel the results while working out and I can completely see them in my skin.

If you drink hott liquids of any kind this powder (the unflavored with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid) is perfect for you! It literally melts and stirs perfectly and you can't taste it all! I hated the flavored ones, this is the one I will use forever! Haven't used long enough for results yet but I must say I can't wait.

doesn't dissolve all that well

item does not dissolve all that well in liquid. it is better dissolving in hot liquids, but tends to clump somewhat. It is much worse in dissolving in cold liquids
