I started using Vital Proteins 12/31/19 and I love it. I started seeing the benefits about three months into using. Hair grows fast, nails are a bit stronger and skin I don’t personally see a huge difference. I have faithfully used every day since 12/31/19. I add to my coffee daily.

I am still hoping this product lives up to its claims. I switched from a different collagen powder to this as it is unflavored. Well, almost unflavored. Maybe it's just me but I still taste it slightly. Vital Proteins doesn't seem to work as quickly as the other brand; my nails aren't growing as quickly, and my skin isn't looking as good. I will give it another month, or two, before making a final decision on staying with it or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to try this since I’m a proponent of hyaluronic acid. I put it in my coffee and there are no issues of taste or aftertaste. So far so good.
