Really liked this product. Felt great, therefore thought I looked good also. From the inside out. My appetite seem to increase gained a little weight. Stopped for a few day’s back to normal. Disappointed because I felt pretty good.

I bought this several weeks ago and I swear I have noticed little changes like the skin on my face is a little moister and I am more energetic. But I feel so good when I take it, I feel like I’m doing something really nice for myself.

For a number of months I had been researching the benefits of Collagen Peptides and what they actually contain, what works the best and most importantly, who has the best product. I ran across an article about Jennifer Aniston (whom I adore) and which collagen product she uses. I liked what the article had to say and decided upon Vital Proteins. I was happy to see that she is actually a part of their team now! I am 69 and pride myself in retaining my youth (yes, fillers and cool sculpting). I ordered the Collagen Peptides about 6 weeks ago and started using it immediately. I take 15g per day with a mixture of greek yogurt, blueberries, banana, kale, spinach and whatever I feel like putting in my shake. I can see the results in my skin and my hair texture. I actually feel much better!!! Another by-product of taking this is I am eating more fruit and vegetables and have actually lost 3 pounds. I am elated with this product and I know you will be too!!! I am utilizing the subscription and everything about Vital Proteins is amazing.
