I love this product. I have been using this product every night before go to bed for last 4 years. It's great for my hair. I know that for sure because I couldn't take the powder with me when I was away for a month and I started losing my hair a lot. It's a great product for me as woman who is in menopause.

What an absolutely amazing product! My hair and nails are longer and stronger in just 8 weeks of use. I have virtually no joint pain. I am so happy I started this supplement! I have already started my Mother, Mother in Law and Sister in Law on the product!

I've been using this product for years. My primary use is to maintain my joints and to enable me to continue to run as I get older. I do not want to get 'stiff' as I witness in so many that comes with age. The hair, skin, and nails is a plus. I add it to my coffee every day and there is no taste or noticeable texture changes.
