Been on for a month, smart move..

I can tell a difference in my skin & hair but mainly I bought it for my joint pain. I feel an improvement there also. I’m going to continue to take it as long as I have fibromyalgia issues...

I’m so happy that I made this purchase! After only a few weeks, I feel better and I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. I put this in my coffee every morning and there is no taste or aftertaste. Thank you Vital Protein! I will purchase again!

I am very happy to share that I've been using this product for over a year now. I was really sick and my hair thinned out and broke anytime I washed or brushed it. It was very embarrassing and I'm a bartender so we do have to show up looking our best. A friend (hairstylist) encouraged me to try vital proteins because all the vitamins I was taking were not showing results. Within one week my split ends and my nails were growing. I'm 44 and never have I had the whites of my nails grow so I was super excited. My hair was on the mend and I stopped taking the VP. Big mistake, I will encourage everyone to make this a part of your daily routine. You will not be disappointed!

I’m on my second container and can honestly say it has helped strengthen my nails. Hope it helps my hair also. Starting to thin quite a bit.

Worst product. Made me so sick, wish I’d never wasted my money. Anyone who is sensitive to proteins will be made sick by this product. I would give it negative stars if I could.
