I wanted to love this product. Mix it on my coffee. So easy. Unfortunately it makes me gassy, and I only use 1 scoop/day. So I’m looking for a new collagen.

I have been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for about 6 months now. I love adding a scoop to my morning protein smoothie. I get a mostly flavorless protein boost. I can also add it to any other food or beverage that needs a little extra protein. It doesn’t dissolve super easy in cold clear liquids and has a taste and texture similar to gelatin. I don’t know if it’s made my skin any better, but my hair and nails are definitely growing faster and stronger than before I started being more mindful about my protein intake.

I bought this for joint/muscle support with my workouts and so far, so good. I’ve had trouble with my knees and I’ve noticed a little improvement since starting this supplement and hoping for a little more. Maybe a little weight gain with initial introduction but I’ve heard that’s normal. It does have a taste if you mix it with water but anything else covers up the taste.
