I am hoping this will help me. I have been out of the product for almost 2 weeks. I am hoping the next shipment comes soon. I guess it is not as effective if you cannot take it on a regular basis. Disappointed in this.

We use this in our smoothies. It doesn’t have a taste and makes it so much healthier. We’ve tried other products that interfered with the taste. This doesn’t!

I bought this item about a month ago, I started using it right away, once per day. I wasn’t paying much attention until I forgot to use it for about 4 days and my knees were achy- that’s when I noticed that it was helping my knees. I took for granted the fact that my knees weren’t achy due to this product. It took about 3 days for the achy joints to feel better again. I run 4-5 days per week and use the stair master as well. No more pain when I do squats and lunges either. Initially I bought the product for my hair, skin and nails...
