I LOVE this stuff!!! I do one scoop each morning in my coffee. It dissolves very well and I don't notice that it is in there at all. I've noticed a difference in my skin, hair, and also my joints. I HIGHLY recommend this product! I have it on autoship. We had bad snow right when my shipment went so it was delayed getting to me (normally shops very quickly!) But I def missed this product for those few days. Get it, you won't be sad!

I use this baby within yogurts, drinks, and oatmeal! Good stuff and I haven’t tried it alone (probably wouldn’t) but knowing that it has the goodness, I’m happy to throw it in whatever after my runs.

Best collagen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using a collagen supplement for two years and decided to switch to Vital Proteins recently. Am I ever glad I did! It is way more effective than my former brand! The thing I’m most thankful for is the help it’s given me with achy joints. Very much improved with Vital Proteins. My nails are much stronger now as well. It took only about 10 days of use to notice the difference.
