My Hair!!

I started taking Vital Proteins January 1st. My main reason was to help with some joint pain. The knee is starting to feel better but my hair and nails is where is see the biggest change. I have visible new growth. My eyelashes are longer and my normally thin, weak nails have gotten a lot stronger. In just a few short weeks I notice a huge difference.

I've been taking the Collagen Peptides for about 3 weeks now and I feel much better. I am starting to notice a difference in my nails, hair, and skin. And I have been shedding some pounds! It mixes well in my coffee. *Tip ... stir in the scoop a little at a time and there will be no clumps. I also add in my oatmeal and you can't taste it at all. So happy I found this!

Won’t ever stop using

I started using unflavored powered collagen approximately 2 years ago and after one month the results were visible. It’s changed the plumpness in my skin glow returned and over all look of my skin changed. I have always taken care of my skin but this product 100% took my skin to the next level. I will never stop using it.
