Not much change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 61 yrs old. I have taking Vital Proteins daily for 2 weeks. I really haven't seen much change. I did notice i am not as run down. I am a very active 61 yr old with knee and leg problems. I have also increased my daily vitamins and changed my diet. There is a taste to it but no overwhelming. I drink it with my hot tea in the evening after work. So I am going to keep taking it and see if it helps. I will be back with any update in 30 days.

I got this around 18 days ago and I think I’m too early to comment on its benefits.
I haven’t noticed much on my skin. It claims to increase the elasticity in skin but my skin and scalp are still dry like before.
I’ll give it a try for few more days.

This product is great, I add it to my coffee everyday and can’t taste a thing. I think it was supposed to come with a scooper but didn’t. So I’ve been kinda guessing how much to use. Oh well! Maybe the next one will.

I really wanted to experience the beneficial results of vital proteins collagen on my joints, specifically my knees. However, I did not expect the gastrointestinal issues I experienced. I could only endure 2.5 weeks of taking it daily before the bloating and gas pains became too unbearable. Obviously, I’m not going to consume something for benefits that may or may not even be reaped while my GI system suffers. This is unfortunate because I did want it to work.
