I finished my first container of vital proteins. Pleasantly surprised that I do not taste it at all in my coffee. I see some improvement in my skin and nails but will continue to use it to see if I see more definite results

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews of others, I thought why not? I am so happy I did! I've been using this powder every morning for the last month (only one scoop a day for me) and I can tell a big difference in my joint pain! My foot that has been giving me grief for months, still bothers me, but nothing like it did. My knees don't have a weird squishy sound when I squat now. I've been sleeping better at night. My once super thin finger nails that could be seen through and would rip off so easily is now becoming thicker and stronger. I look forward to seeing what other improvements are coming!

I am enjoying this product, but I am having to learn how to use it. I don’t like it in my coffee and I am having trouble getting it to dissolve in my smoothies. I keep trying!

I bought this about a month ago and have been using it every morning in my coffee. There is no taste and found it to be easily dissolvable if you don't mix it right away. So far, I notice stronger nails and less joint pain. It does suppress my appetite when taken in the morning, which helps with weight control. Overall, great product, waiting to see more positive signs.
