I am sure this is a great product and works wonderfully for certain people. But for me, it only caused cystic acne so I had to stop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vital l proteins collagen doesn’t add a funny flavor and breaks down fairly well in hot and cold liquids whereas others haven’t. Only two weeks in so I don’t notice a difference in skin yet.

Absolutely love but....

Absolutely love this product I felt like I saw a difference in my nails especially right away. Only thing I dislike is the smell and taste of this product if it is mixed in something like water you’re gonna get a weird taste along with a thicker feel. If you put it in something really hot it’s going to smell horrible and taste even worse. The way I find that I have no problems with is in a smoothie. I use sweetened vanilla almond milk, (or whole milk if I’m out of almond) 1/2 a banana, peanut butter, and or Nutella for a hint of chocolate. Other than that the product does what it says it’s going to do so I have no complaints other than the taste really that’s why I gave it 5 stars.

Great product!

I use vital proteins collagen peptides everyday. I put it in my protein shake for some extra protein and added health benefits. It dissolves and has no flavor. I’ve seen Great improvement in my nail growth/strength and hair as well as clearer/tighter skin from using this for the last year which is an added bonus!

I have used Vital Proteins in the past. Having the product shipped to me automatically is so convenient, I won’t run out this way ever. I just feel good using the collagen with peptides.
