I’m seeing a difference!!

I'm about a month into using the Collagen Peptides and I’m seeing a difference. My nails are getting stronger and my hair is behaving better. I feel like my skin tone is more youthful looking. They only complaint, and its not really a complaint, is that i dint drink coffee. So I’m mixing the peptides into milk. Into a cold beverage you have to keep stirring it or it clumps up on the bottom of your glass.

Have been used the unflavored collagen peptides for 2 months. I primarily use for joint pain relief. I’ve noticed improvements in my knees since using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product several months ago & have reordered & now subscribe to it. Great source of nutrients & protein. I have seen improvement in overall complexion, nails, hair & overall wellness. Highly recommend. Mixes well in hot & cold beverages. I put a serving in my morning coffee & another in an afternoon smoothie or crystal lite.

I am so surprised and happy with how good I feel after starting to use Vital Proteins collagen. I am a fitness instructor in my 40s, and although I heard collagen could help with muscle and joint recovery, I didn’t think I would notice a difference. But with Vital Proteins I definitely feel better and recover faster after my long days of teaching back to back classes! Also, I have more energy, I am more clear-headed and focused, and better overall digestion. I was happily surprised.... who knew all I needed was collagen...
