Goes super well with Coffee!

I have really noticed a difference in my skin tone since taking this. I have been taking it for about a month and I can already tell a difference. My skin seems to have more volume to it and looks more hydrated. I started taking this in Winter when my skin is normally very dry. My skin was so dry I decided to try taking collagen, this one really appealed to me because it had hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. It has helped a lot!

Unflavored and easy to drink

I bought this a little over a month ago and add one scoop every morning to my hot coffee. I have never had an issue with clumping and I do not taste the product at all. I have not had any stomach related issues. I am not quite sure if this is actually working but I think it is. My nails are growing faster than usual and they were weak and are now much stronger. Hopeful to see changes to my aging skin and help with hair loss.

Lifesaver!

I have been using collagen peptides for a couple months now, and I couldn’t be happier! I’m a rock climber, and I just don’t recover as quickly in my 30s as I did in my 20s. I don’t normally believe in using supplements, and I am not likely to stick with anything that forces me to change anything about my normal routine. This is my one exception because not only does it work, but I have been able to incorporate it seamlessly! One scoop in my morning coffee about 5 days a week makes all the difference in the world for my climbing (I couldn’t find any research demonstrating additional benefit from more than 10 grams a day, so that’s all I take). And you can barely tell it’s there. I take my coffee black, but if you add a little bit of sugar and/or cream, you can mask the flavor entirely. I just don’t feel the need to because it’s so subtle. Climbing is suuuuuper hard on finger skin and tendons, and this allows me to climb harder and more frequently than I was able to previously, easily cutting my recovery time in half. Lastly, while I wasn’t all that concerned with the aesthetic effects of this supplement, I must say that I haven’t been mad about the extra hair thickness :). This will be a lifetime go-to for me!

Easy to use collagen

So easy to use in a hot beverage and to mix in dry ingredients when baking! We have found that the powder does not dissolve into cold liquid without getting clumpy.
