It does have some taste if you just mix in with water so I do not recommend not putting in some kind of smoothie or coffee. Problem I had was it doesn’t fully mix unless you use a shaker ball and NO ICE otherwise I end up with these snot-like globs in my drink. Not pleasant at all. I don’t think I will purchase again.

Seems to be helping arthritis

39 and have arthritis. I'm super skeptical of stuff like this but I actually think it's working. Also if you put it in your coffee, you don't taste it at all. I am a repeat customer. Only negative is trying to open it and break the seal on a new container. Its quite difficult, especially with arthritis. I have had to use the prong on a fork to get the darn seal off
