Caused weight gain

This product caused approximately one pound per day weight gain. I only used for five days and had to discontinue.

Made a definite difference

I could tell a difference in my hair (less breakage & felt thicker) and in my joints. Range of movement improved in my shoulder after just a week. I added a scoop to may coffee twice every morning and could never taste a difference. I will definitely be buying again.

Helped keep skin elasticity during pregnancy

I've been using this collagen for over a year. I used it every day threw my pregnancy last year and did not get 1 stretch mark. And my belly was huge. I strongly believe that between keeping my belly smothered in body cream and taking my Collagen every day for my whole pregnancy is the reason why. I put it in my coffee every day there is no flavor which I love and was nice while pregnant and dealing with morning sickness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for over a year. It truly is an excellent product! I see a huge difference with my nails and skin. Nails grow longer and are stronger. Skin is noticeably more smooth. Hair breakage is less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the supplement style collagen, much to my surprise is the large size of the capsules and the amount necessary 6 per day. I am going to switch to the powder. I believe I will see more results.
