Honestly, have never given any reviews on products purchased. Tried prescription and over the counter creams which Never worked came across your product and decided to give it a try. after taking Collagen
peptides for 2 weeks noticed healthier nails!! My nails were thin, chipped, cracked, slipped and painful paper like bleeding cuts. I’m not embarrassed to show my nails. They’re healthy!!! I now swear by your truly God sent Vital Proteins.

Easy way to add protein to my breakfast smoothie

My husband and I have started to eat more plant-based but I find it difficult to meet my protein needs. The meal that seemed to lack the most protein was breakfast where I have a banana almond smoothie. I started adding 1 scoop of the collagen peptides to my smoothie and it keeps me fuller longer and I am better on track to meet my daily protein needs. And the best part, there is no flavor change to my smoothie! I was surprised as most proteins have a chalky and artificial taste and texture that make it difficult for me to keep using it.
