Tasteless and great in a smoothie

I haven’t used long enough to see any results, so can’t rate for effectiveness. It’s tasteless and not gritty so that’s a wonderful plus. Will continue to use - might help, can’t hurt. It is kinda calorie heavy, however - 70 calories per recommended daily volume.

Convenient to use

Convenient to use, toss a spoonful in my coffee or sipping chocolate every morning. (Can't smell or taste it in hot drinks. Sometimes you can smell the 'gelatin' scent if added to cold beverages.)
