Doesn’t taste bad!

I bought a month ago and have mostly mixed it into hot chocolate and tea. I can’t taste a difference at all in the hot chocolate and with the tea I can mostly smell it but the taste doesn’t change really. I do not recommend mixing it with plain water as it tastes bad. As for the benefits, I haven’t experienced any yet. Not sure if it takes longer than a month for noticeable benefits to occur but I enjoyed it enough that I got a 2nd months worth and will see how it goes. Giving this 4 stars because I can’t attest to the benefits.

My skin & nails are noticeably healthier

I had skipped taking this for a couple of months and noticed my nails breaking and splitting again. I’m using it each morning again and notice that my nails have regained their strength. I’m also noticing my joints are less achey

Helps my hair

I was having lots of hair loss, a friend recommended my to try this. Happy to say I still have hair! It is just shedding normal. I am hoping that in addition to halting the loss, it will encourage regrowth. I take two scoops with orange juice. I drink my coffee black and did not like the "beefy" after taste when I added it to my coffee. I also put it into smoothies.

Highest protein content I could find

I have had recent bariatric surgery and needed a way to up my protein intake and my collagen. This is the highest protein to collagen I could find. The taste is almost unflavored so I recommend putting it in your morning tea or a flavored water.
