I add 2 scoops to my morning coffee and I immediately feel a difference. I have more energy and my skin isn’t as dry. Excellent for anyone in menopause.

Works but don’t like taste

I finished my first container and definitely noticed an improvement in my skin. However i just can’t stand the taste. If i put it oj i can barely taste it but it ruins the taste of coffe/tea and is horrible in water. I found it to have a slimy consistency. Plus i think it made me constipated. I have paused my auto delivery and not sure i will resume. I am torn because i do feel like i saw an improvement in my skin but not sure it is worth the trade off.

Works on hair but not see skin improvement yet

I’ve been using it for 1.5 months and saw my hair getting thicker, softer after 2 weeks of use. However, the reason I ordered it because I wanted my face skin look younger, more elastic. I’m 35 and only started using skincare about 3 years ago. Before this product, everyone always said I look much younger than my age. I don’t have much concerns about my skin only till lately the skin around my mouth looks weaker, saggy and forms a wrinkle line from nose to chin. It freaked me out. I used all kinds of wrinkle cream, serum from drug stores till expensive brands, nothing worked and when I saw this product on Instagram, I gave it a try. I will continue to use it maybe at least a year to see if it boosts my skin.

Meets Expectations!

Powder really doesn’t have a flavor! I was nervous at first that I would still be able to taste it in my water but I don’t! It does take a while to disintegrate but overall enjoy it so far.
