I take this daily product daily but I’ve been out because I ordered wrong and ran out before my next shipment arrived! :(. This is the BEST collagen on the market. Absolutely no after taste, it dissolves in anything I put it in and I can tell a huge difference when I run out and can’t take it regularly. I refuse to use anything else, it’s just not the same!! Keep up the good work Vital Proteins!!! You guys ROCK!

I can feel a difference in my joints and I see a difference in my face. It tastes horrible in water but I hardly notice it in my coffee

Seems to be slowing my hair loss and maybe eased some of my joint stiffness. Doesn't have a taste or any texture issues thankfully. My only minor complaint is that if you add too much at one time it clumps.

I've been using these collagen peptides for a little over a month. I take them mainly as a boost in protein after I workout, but the long hair and strong nails and CLEAR skin it has given me is a bonus! It also is very digestable which is good news
