I always have this with my coffee. This coming February will be 1 year since I started vital proteins and I can't tell you how happy I am with the results I'm experiencing! My hair has grown faster and thicker since starting V.P. even my hair dresser noticed! I definitely have told my girlfriends about this, and I know they started taking V.P. too!

I have been using this product for about a year and a half consistantly and I love it. My skin is hydrated. My nails are strong. And best of all my hair is fabulous. It has restored the thickness a shine. I get compliments all the time. Even my hairdresser started to use. (61) I have so many using this now for bone health as well.

If you drink hot drinks daily then this would work for you. I am a cold drink person and it never stated anywhere that this powder doesn’t mix well or really even AT ALL in a cold or cool drink.

I’ve been taking VP Unflavored Collagen in my coffee or black tea for many years. It adds no taste or thickness, and I appreciate getting the benefits of this product without altering my morning beverages.

Tasteless and odorless

We love putting this in our morning coffee but I think it's too early to see the results of any anti aging affects, which is primarily why my fiance and I purchased it. I Will continue to purchase this and try for 4 months before I give a final review, but so far so good :)
