Mixes in very easily, no color, very little taste.

I am adding scoops to all the soup bases I'm making - including chicken noodle. Can't tell it's there, mixes in with no fuss and makes me feel fuller faster/longer. I'll make no claims regarding beauty, but the soups are sure yummy and the protein boost changes the food nutrition profile beautifully!

Great benefits!

My mom takes this to relieve her arthritis and joint pains after a day's household work. She notices the great difference when she is unable to take this when we fail to replenish our stock promptly. Been using for a few months and it has improved the condition of my nails the most I would say. I had paper thin nails that split all the time and could never be without dip powder on them. It did take a few months of consistent use, but now my nails are strong and healthy, it’s never been this way my entire life, so I know it’s the powder that’s working. Highly recommend! I also had a lot of baby hairs and my hair is really healthy too.

Great product, unexpected results

I've been taking Vital for about 9 months. My intended use was for my skin, hair and nail. My hair and nails were growing faster and that instantly noticeable. I've recently seen improvement in my skin. The unexpected improvement was in my joints. I had problems with achy joints since having my daughter 4 years ago. My joints feel so much better! I noticed the improvement after about a month or two after using Vital. This was really unexpected but I'm so grateful! I would highly recommend this product!
