This is the 3rd collagen powder I’ve used and this one is by far the best. I signed up for a subscription because it’s benefits are amazing. My hair is thin, however, since taking vital protein for about 6 weeks my hair feels incredible it’s definitely growing in thicker and it’s grown a lot. My nails feel stronger and my recovery after working out has sped up significantly. There is also no taste! I love love love it!!

I suffer from arthritis and at the three week mark, my right ankle and knee were feeling better and I’m so glad that I went with the subscription and get it every month. I can’t wait to see how I feel in the next month and so on.

I’ve been using a combo of the collagen peptides and marine collagen for the last few months as part of my daily diet. I put two scoops into hot lemon water every morning or add it to my smoothie. I’ve been really happy with it and I feel like it’s essential at this point. I don’t care for the texture just dissolved in cold water but that’s an easy fix. Great product.

Results I Did Not Expect

I bought this product to see if it would help reduce wrinkles. Well, not only did it make my skin glow but my nails grew and my hair grew like a weed! I never had nails in my life but now I do. I also lost 15 lbs. without changing my diet. I know this is not for weight loss, but taking Vital Protein is the only change I made.

Exactly What I was Looking For

This powder is tasteless when well mixed. I put 2 scoops in my coffee daily to help me achieve my protein intake for the day. It mixes well with some vigorous stirring and it stays mixed. I have noticed an improvement in my hunger cues as well as muscle definition. The container lasts about 2-3 weeks. I wish I could get a subscription for the larger container.

Single serving packets of collagen

Are usually buy this powder in the big canister… But I bought the single serving packets for travel this time. I have noticed that they clump much more than the powder I usually buy. It makes me wonder if older collagen powder gets put in the single serving packets or if the packets don’t keep them fresh for some reason. I will go back to the big canister and portion out the servings myself from here on out...

I bought this recently when I saw that consumer reviews rated it as one of the best collagen products to buy. Also helped that I read that Jennifer Anniston used it too! I have only been using it for about a week, so it’s early in the game, but I am hoping for exciting results.
