I tried this product as I have been using another brand of Collagen powder for quite some time and wanted to see if Vital Proteins was any better/different. The sodium content in the Vital Proteins product was much higher than my current product. I may try Vital Proteins again in the future, we'll see . . .

Wait and see

I am using it for a week so I can't tell if it works. I will be happy to review it when I am using it longer. But 3 stars so far. Disappontment about a large plastic container that's only half full. Waste of plastic.

Mixes well and seems to help

I have only been taking this for about a month, so I cannot speak to the long term effects, however so far I have been pleased. I have been putting it in my breakfast smoothie or oatmeal and it helps me stay full longer. It has no flavor or texture as long as you mix it in well. I plan to buy it again when this runs out.

Fairly simple to use

Sometimes takes a little effort to fully dissolve in certain liquids/dishes, but has been a nice way to add protein into some of our usual breakfast dishes like pancakes, oatmeal, smoothies etc.

I’m about to turn 40, and was hesitant about this kind of products but love the results, love that is unflavored (I use it mostly on my coffee), and love the natural components. It takes some time to get to Mexico, but totally worth the wait!
