I’ve been using this in my coffee every morning for almost 2 years now. I started because after having my daughter I lost A LOT of hair. This is not a quick fix, it did take a while for me to notice a difference, but that just means it’s a healthy true option. I now have so much new growth, my skin is so smooth and firm. Worth it!

This is great to mix in any drink. I love it in my teas! Best thing is, it has no flavor, so it doesn't change the flavor of my favorite teas! It also has a great deal of protein!

Great Product that works!

I have been taking collagen peptides for one year. I started with Vital Proteins for a few months and then tried two other brands for three months. Brand #2 had 5 types of collagen, which I found was more than I needed, plus it didn't mix well. Brand #3 had great ratings online, but was more expensive and I saw minimal results. I have returned to Vital Proteins because I can see more of a difference than with the other two brands I used. My skin has more a "spring" feel to it and there is a noticeable difference.
