Great product

I am a big fan of this product. I only use 1 scoop a day (I am cheap) but have noticed a big difference in my skin, hair, nails, and joints. Skin is plump and more even colored, hair looks thicker, and my nails are growing so fast its almost annoying. I also used to have joint pain in my hips often, and I just realized yesterday that it is completely gone. I like thinking about all of the unseen things it is doing to help my body on the inside. Highly recommend!

Disappointed!

I've taken Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides about 4 times now hoping for better/ stronger nails and hair as it says it promotes, but I haven't seen any difference. Maybe this takes longer to see a difference, but the product is rather expensive to keep up. I really wanted it to work. Maybe it was wishful thinking on my part.

I was away for several

I was away for several weeks so I wasn't able to properly try this product out (which I bought for a soft tissue injury) My only concrete thought is that this tastes very strongly of cow hair/fur/coat and not in a pleasant manner (FYI: I like the smells of barns, farms, and animals). I'm a pescetarian and bought this flavor only because it comes in a larger size for less money. Wish I had bought the fish version of this instead.

Covering the Taste

I'm still experimenting with this product. I've used it for about a week now and can see sure signs of my acne clearing up and my hair seeming a little longer than it normally would be without the product. The unflavored collagen peptides still have a flavor if used with the directed amount which is two scoops. That's the downside. I can only use one scoop and even then, I can still taste it faintly. I figured out a good trick- I mix mine with La Croix sparkling water. The carbonation masks the flavor. Just a little bit of advice for anyone who feels the same as me!

A must have!

I have been using this for almost a year everyday and have noticed a huge difference in my hair, skin and nails. I had a patch of hair that was missing and this had made my hair grow back. Everyday I see tiny baby hairs growing. My skin is so much more smoother and even a wrinkle I had by my mouth has almost become invisible. I put 2 scoops in my coffee every morning and it dissolves so quickly that I don’t even need to stir it. I will continue to use this and recommend it to everyone!

I absolutely love this product! I have been using it for about six months now and have noticed improvements in both my hair and nail growth. It has even helped with my gut health. I add it to my tea, coffee and even soups for a little extra protein. It's flavorless so I can't even tell it's there! I have also been using the collagen beauty waters which I love! I will definitely continue to use these products and can't wait to try more!

Tried Vital Proteins for the first time and I love it!

I kept seeing people post about the many health benefits of vital proteins and quite honestly doubted it. But then I tried it and cannot get enough! I am a runner and exercise 6 days a week on average. I'm training for my 5th half marathon and I swear that the collagen peptides help me bounce back faster from intense workouts (specifically long runs!). I also get gel nails very often which can be very hard on my nails and I have noticed since starting a regimen with vital proteins in my daily coffee (I also love that it's tasteless!) my nails have been stronger and healthier looking! I can't wait to try more vital proteins products!
