This item is advertised as dairy free. It is not! It is made near milk. It made my stomach so inflamed (dairy sensitivity). .

My every day must have

I first saw this product on Instagram on a celebrity trainers page and thought it was your normal celebrity endorsement. However my interest peaked when she said that she had been a former athlete, marien and had had 2 knee surgeries but was moving and working out every day. As a former athlete whoes weight has fluctuated and who loves to hit the gym 6 days a week, my joints take a beating- mainly my knees on leg day. I also have issues with my back and hips due to genetics. I found myself having to wear knee braces during workouts even w proper form and my back/hips were in excruciating pain. I finally decided to give it a shot and was soo pleased, within a couple weeks I noticed an improvement in my workoys and overall feel of my body. I mix it w my coffee every morning and sometimes w pre work out and water- no flavor and it dissolves in anything. I've also added it to shakes, pancakes, baked goods and other deserts. I LOVE this stuff, WORTH IT!!!

It helps with many things skin, hair, nails and especially with weight for me, I buy it monthly for my well being.
