Can't tell if it's helping.

I was recommended to take this in a book to help promote bone strength. I've taken it for over a half a year now. I have no way of knowing whether it's actually helping. As to wrinkles and lines on my face, I see no difference. Perhaps it's protecting new ones from developing.

Tasteless, quick dissolve

I've been using about 1 scoop per day of this product for about 5 months, and love that it is tasteless, quick dissolving in hot or cold liquids, and has clean and simple ingredients. Definitely recommend as a collagen source.

Collagen Peptides- Unflavored

I’ve had bulletproof collagen protein before but wanted to try something new. I didn’t notice any flavor with Vital Proteins in comparison, but it didn’t dissolve as well in my coffee. When I add it, most of it dissolves but there are left over clumps that I need to push against the side of my mug to break up, and then there’s some left over goop from where I pushed it. It’s not the end of the world, but just a little inconvenient in the mornings when I want to grab and go with my coffee. I haven’t tried it in anything in other than hot coffee, but can’t imagine it would dissolve any better in other temperatures.
